Heh, perfect. I was looking around to see if there was an opening for making a stamp saying "The saddest fact in life is that having standards will always cost you" or words to that effect, but this sums it all up pretty well.

It's lonely at the top, but it's comforting to look down upon everyone at the bottom. Of course, the downside of being better than everyone is people tend to assume you're pretentious. u_u

...y-yeah, original comment was sarcasm, actually. doesn't come across too well in textual media, i guess.

thought i don't try too hard to keep my elitism in check all the time. i just try to avoid people that agitate it. a job just as difficult.
