Paper mache, clearance paint and some sort of scrapbooking embossing material. (Apparently there's one that crackles, too! Will have to try that~)

Sort of like a macabre Marde Gras mask. I don't know whether to say "pretty" or "yikes", though I suppose that's the point of the thing.

I really like the ornamentation on this one. I'm not sure but, I think paper mache things take quite long to make. Self designed?

To a degree. The base was a cheap paper mache skull mask from Michaels, then I just whittled the teeth out proper and built up on it. I'm not that awesome.
